January 23, 2025: Drumming Circle. 7-9pm. Will be the 3rd Thursday of each month from this point on. Class is a $15 love donation directly to the drumming circle not Innerchi. Bring your own drum but some drums will be provided if you do not have one. Space is limited so please contact me to reserve a space. February 20th, March 20th, April 17th, May 15th, June 19th, July 17th, Aug 21st, September 18th, October 16th, November 20th, December 18th.
January 28th, 2025: Celebrate Chinese New Year which is on the 29th with foods and activities surrounding the Wood Snake and what that means for the coming year. Please contact me with your birth year if you plan to attend this class so I can give you the information on how this year will affect you. Event is $25 per person 6-7:30ish pm.
February 11th, 2025: how to make a Mala class includes all materials and time to create your own mala to keep or to gift to someone else. Class is $60 and includes making 1 mala. Malas contain 108 bead and a guru bead and spacers if you like and a tassel. Crystals are provided for different desires during meditation or manifestation practices. This is a meditative class as you will be focusing on your desires as you create this one-of-a-kind Mala from 5-7pm.
February 27th, 2025: Basic Energy Protection Class: Techniques to help shield from negative energies but still maintain a heart centered life. Yes, we can do both. 5-7pm $32 per person. We will discuss protection, shielding, crystals, gridding and other methods that can protect us from negativity. This is an especially good class for empaths that struggle to maintain their own energy and not absorb other people's energies.
March 13th, 2025: Season Eating with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Spring season for the Liver. from 6-8pm. $40 per person Cost includes sampling food, recipes and information 5-7pm.
March 27th, 2025, Crystal Bracelet making class. All materials are included, and the completion of one bracelet to take home. Make presents for the holidays or yourself. Class is $40 for first time attendance and $30 for returning. Additional bracelets are $15 each. 5-7pm.
April 12th, 2025: Full Moon Treatments for children. Learn how children are mostly yang in their early life. How treatment at the full moon can help calm and relax them and balance the yin and yang in their body. A great class for new mothers, grandmothers and care givers. 1-3pm Class is $40 including hands on treatment of your own child and notes to take home.
May 13th, 2025, Seasonal Eating with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for Summer strengthening the heart and small intestines. 6-8pm. The cost $40 per person includes sampling food, recipes and information.
June 10th-July 22ndth, 2025: An in-depth study into the Chakra system and what that means in our lives. This is a series, and you can pay by class or pay for the series with a discount. $30per class or $180 for the series in advance. 6-8pm for each class they will be held every Tuesday during this time frame.
August 14th, 2025: How to boost your immunity naturally. $20 per person 6-8pm. This will include lifestyle, food and supplementation that can be beneficial during the coming season.
September 11th, 2025: Focusing on Gratitude and How to use gratitude to create a better life. Sometimes the simple things bring the most return. This will include a gratitude journal for your personal reflections and journey into a gratitude filled life. Class is $32 per person from 6-8pm.
